Summary:
Candidate will support Desktop Engineer / Team Lead with the installation, maintenance and repairs of computer hardware and software. He / she will provide technology support to walk-in customers, existing orders and customers who require on-site assistance. This position also includes retail and online sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company structure and brand

• Verify delivery instructions and shipping addresses before departure to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates on the status of their orders.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery, if required, and provide receipts as needed.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating company vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.
